| Carter Knowle Extension
This project involves the extension and renovation of an existing 1930's home. We worked with our client to develop a design that creates a functional open plan living space suited to modern lifestyles. A strong desire for sustainability and to work with natural materials is reflected in a timber framed extension to provide a distinct connection with the garden.
The reconfigured plan incorporates a carefully proportioned kitchen/diner, a snug and externally accessed shower room to cater for our clients outdoor lifestyle. The dining space will include built-in seating which is level with the raised garden lawn, giving a unique perspective on the garden.
This project will create a unique, functional and highly sustainable extension, which will make a substantial difference to our clients lifestyle. We can't wait to see it progress!
